All of the above, was a copy of my self-talk in my youth. I had built confidence through athletics, but lost outside of them. For all the youth, especially those suffering from low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and letting time pass with boredum, alcohol and substance abuse, cannabis addiction, and lack of healthy, positive friendships while focused on the the uncertainties of where and who I should be– I’ve been there and it’s why I tend to connect so well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

That and because I’m an external source<\/em><\/strong>. Afterall, if you’re a parent wondering why you’re youth doesn’t listen to you– even if your giving great advice– how often did you listen to your parents growing up?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having run youth co-op, fitness, group and individualized wellness mentorship programs that include goal-setting, increasing self-awareness, and doing speaking events specific for youth wellness and development, although I now focus primarily on executive coaching— reach out to connect if you have a struggling youth that you think I’d be the right fit to work with. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here’s a quick glance at a few of the many, many stories I’ve been blessed to be a part of– In my opinion, fitness is one of the best places to start with youth– or anyone — the strength, confidence, conversations, and positive moments can and will positively effect so many other aspects of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
