All of the above, was a copy of my self-talk in my youth. I had built confidence through athletics, but lost outside of them. For all the youth, especially those suffering from lower self-esteem, anxiety, depression, or lack of healthy, positive friendships and feeling the uncertainties of life — This is where I believe I shine most, because I know exactly how they feel.
That and because I’m an external source. Afterall, if you’re a parent wondering why you’re youth doesn’t listen to you– even if your giving great advice– how often did you listen to your parents growing up?
Whether you’re an athlete or first time gym-goer if you know you’re at a point in your life where your current trajectory and habits are not conducive to reaching your potential– or if you do not believe you have the potential that you surely do—why not take the first step and reach out.
Here’s a quick glance at a few of the many, many stories I’ve been blessed to be a part of– In my opinion, fitness is one of the best places to start with youth– or anyone — the strength, confidence, conversations, and positive moments can and will positively effect so many other aspects of life.

Step 1: Discovery
Let us get to know each other, connect, and see if we are the right fit to work together towards your goals.
Step 2: Plan of Action
Here is where we pick which 1-3 high ROE [Return on Energy] goals to focus on and start putting systems in place to get there.
Step 3: Take the first action steps (one step at a time)
Move forward with narrow focus on 1-2 high return points of focus at a time and cater our environment for easier, more natural success while making necessary adjustments along the way
Step 4: Enjoy, Rinse & Repeat
During our time together, one of my keys to success is to make sure we are enjoying the process along the way– stopping to appreciate our wins and learn from our setbacks, and achieving your goals in a fulfilling, sustainable manner– one at a time, then onto the next.
Youth Coaching Specific Experiences:
- Co-lead for OHC Youth Co-op development Program 2017-2022, specific to the social, business, and wellness development of high-school youth
- Multiple Class-room invitational speaking events on: Wellness, Entrepreneurship, Fitness, Mindset, and goal-setting
- 2015 Sylapps invitational speaker for troubled adolescents
- 1 on 1 & Group Health & Fitness focused coaching programs (i.e. Wellness, Fitness, Boxing, Kickboxing, Social development, and more)
- Personal wellness Coaching (personalized goal setting and helping to form positive daily habits such as: working out, eating healthier, waking up earlier, reading, meditation, journaling, affirmations, improving self talk, visualization, and prioritizing time for yourself)
- Relationship Coaching – developing a healthier outlook on past, current, and future relationships by focusing and improving the relationship with the self
- Career Goal Setting & Execution — helping youth set goals, create action plans with support and accountability, and those interested to step into their own entrepreneurial ventures with the right guidance and support.
