A quick intro
My name is Devon Hayashida, and I’m a health, daily habits, and higher quality of life Coach, who started out as a Fitness Coach.
Over and over I would see the difference getting in better shape would make when it comes to daily mood, stress reduction, confidence, quality of life and more for more clients–
But here’s, the catch–
Improving physical health solved MANY of my client’s challenges– but not all of them. Many clients of mine still suffered because of disempowering self-talk, not knowing how to manage and separate from their stress & anxiety, feeling stuck at a job they didn’t resonate with, having poor work life-balance, relationship struggles, not making time for themselves, low-self esteem, and more.
So, in my second or third year into training where I switched gears and to focus more on learning about psychology and how to connect with others. I started helping my clients outside of their fitness goals which later on lead me to start taking on private clients as an overall Health & Wellness Coach,
As a Coach of nearly 15 years, I’ve worked with first-time gym goers to high level athlete, first-time goal-setters, to high net-worth corporate clientele, pre-teens to over 80 years of age, mothers with LMS (“Loving mothers syndrome”, aka struggling to make time for themselves and over-pleasing others)– however–
The area where I specialize and direct my professional focus is in serving the youth (ages 13-25). I help those struggling to find themselves develop both physical strength, healthier habits, improve social wellness, and attract more positive relationships into their life by becoming a more positive and more certain version of themselves.
The more uncertain, the more introverted, the lower the self-esteem, the more I can relate.

Why choose to connect with me?
Because I walk the walk , I’m relatable, and I’ve had a high rate of success with the clients I’ve worked with. I consider myself truly blessed in what I do and the success stories I’m able to be a part of.
During my programs, I won’t ever ask you to do something I’m not willing to, nor is there any product or service linked to my site that I have not personally used and stand by. Here’s a few more “fun” facts below for those who are interested.
I’ve had multiple injuries including a car accident in 2020 requiring extended physio, I’ve gone through the high’s and lows (financially, mentally, and physically) of being an entrepreneur (especially during my time as a full-time Day-trader– a story for another day…), I’ve had panic attacks and ongoing anxiety, I’ve been someone with supreme confidence in myself, as well as someone who’s lost it all and had to rebuild from the ground up.
All of these experiences have helped me to learn different coping techniques so that I may keep myself grounded, regain my focus, and keep my own cup full as I help others– while passing on these strategies to my clients.
I’ve learned that confidence and feeling good are not based on feeling– they are based on our self talk and what we choose as our daily habits along with how we cater our environment. Confidence comes from us– it is the result of specific thoughts and actions that we take.
If something is difficult, but worth it in the end– it’s not time to give up. Keep your head up and find a way forward, because you’re likely only 1 or 2 daily habits away from a completely different quality of feeling, quality of day, and the higher quality of life you are looking for...
